Who we are

A to Z In Home Appliance Repair (“we”, “us”) provides in-home repair services. Our address is 2512 47th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95822. You can reach us at (916) 582-7791 or info@atozinhomeappliancerepair.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Booking requests. Name, phone, email, service address, the appliance and its problem, your preferred date and time window, optional notes, and whether you agree to receive text messages. We use this to schedule and perform your repair and to contact you about it. If you stop before finishing, we keep what you entered so we can follow up, and delete it after 90 days.
  • Contact messages. Name, email, phone (optional) and your message. We use it to reply, and delete it after 365 days.
  • Payments. We do not take card details on this website. Records of completed service are kept for about 3 years for warranty and tax purposes, after which your name, contact details and address are erased.
  • Job photos. Our technician may photograph finished work to show examples of repairs. Photos exclude faces and house numbers, and location data is removed. They never show your name or address.
  • Reviews. Reviews shown on this site come from our own public profiles (for example Google and Thumbtack) and link back to their source.
  • Chat. If you use the chat, your messages are answered automatically from our business information. We do not store the conversation. If you ask for a callback, we save the name and phone number you give so we can call you.
  • Technical data. To block spam and abuse we briefly use a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the box in the booking form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: website hosting, email delivery. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor them for everyone. To make a request, email info@atozinhomeappliancerepair.com or call (916) 582-7791. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security and children

We use HTTPS and limit access to your information to the people who need it. This website is not directed at children under 13.
